1. Refund Eligibility
As our products and services are delivered digitally, all sales are generally final. However, refunds may be granted in the following cases:
- You were charged more than once by mistake.
- A technical issue on our side prevented you from accessing the purchased service.
- Refunds required by applicable consumer protection laws.
2. How to Request a Refund
Please email support@securenetcheck.net with your order details (transaction ID, purchase date, and the email used at checkout). We’ll review your request and reply within 5 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Misuse or misunderstanding of the product features.
- Issues caused by third-party services not under our control.
4. Subscription & Cancellation
All subscriptions include a 7-day free trial. After the trial, billing renews monthly until canceled. You can cancel at any time via your account dashboard or from our cancel page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback, we may suspend access to the Service while the claim is reviewed. To avoid delays, please contact us first so we can help resolve any issue quickly.
