These Terms govern your use of SecureNet Check (“Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2) Use of the Service

The Service is provided solely as a diagnostics tool to check network connectivity and security hygiene (e.g., IP & reverse DNS, VPN/proxy/Tor signals, blacklist lookups, WebRTC exposure, latency probes). We do not provide VPN or proxy services, and we do not permit use of the Service to bypass network restrictions or engage in unlawful activity. You must comply with all applicable laws.

Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Certain cases (e.g., duplicate charges, service access issues, or where required by law) may be eligible.

We handle personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Billing details are processed securely; we do not store full card numbers.

8) No Warranties

The Service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. Results are approximate and for reference only.

9) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SecureNet Check shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

10) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violate these Terms or abuse the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases.

11) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We will update the “Last updated” date above when changes are made.
